We accept returns within 30 days after delivery only for brand new, uninstalled, unmodified items with original packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Conditions
- Products that have been installed, modified, cut, drilled, or used on vehicles
- Products damaged by improper installation, off-road misuse, or artificial damage
- Consumable accessories and customized special-fit parts
- Return without official Return Authorization (RMA)
Refund Rules
- Approved returns will get a product price refund minus shipping fees and 20% restocking fee
- Return shipping cost is borne by the buyer
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect returned items
- Customs duties, import taxes, and return shipping fees are non-refundable
